In this episode of Rising 360, Gina and I dissect choosing a different belief as dancers within the performing arts industry. What it would do to our personal career, our life, how we show up, and how we train on a continuous basis.

• The role of the reticular activating system of our brain is our filter as it only lets through certain kinds of noises or triggers.
• How ‘what if’ questions are literally a limiting belief to how beautiful and unique and how important it is for us dancers to embrace our uniqueness.
• The need to start changing our beliefs into powerful beliefs that won't hold us back since we can do whatever our minds can create.
• How we need to know what we want in life in order for us to activate our filter and see all the possibilities.
• The fact that opportunities will fully open for us when we embrace our uniqueness.
• How whatever we're experiencing in our life is because we are a magnet and our beliefs create that magnetic field.
• Inquiring within and inquiring without about our strengths as a starting point.
• The need to know our value as the basis to shift our beliefs since beliefs are everything.
• What tapping into new beliefs will feel like since we have not primed our brains to believe something different.
• How the mind will default into low vibration beliefs if we are not working on it.
