Hey there beautiful friends! In this week’s episode I delve into the ever-tricky challenge of comparison. You know, that famous saying, "Comparison is the thief of joy"? It resonates not just in life but also in our surfing escapades.

Surfing the social waves can be quite a wild ride with platforms like Instagram and Facebook showcasing people's epic surfing moments. It's easy to feel inadequate, but let's remember that social media often hides the spills and struggles. Everyone's journey has its ups and downs!

I've fallen into the comparison trap too, but I've learned some helpful techniques to combat it. Practising gratitude, flipping the script on comparison, and using my past self as a benchmark has been transformative.
