I created my agency in 2017 and named it The Phoenix Factor as a reminder that I hold the power to ignite my passion, burn through challenges and rise up as many times as it takes.

We focus on bridging the gap for entrepreneurs in their 1st 3 years, or assisting business owners that need a team to scale to the next level.

We are here from the moment an entrepreneur realizes they love the idea of a business but not all the systems, processes and tasks necessary to make it run successfully.

The ultimate mission is to build collaborations so that many can succeed together by fanning each other's flames, igniting our passion, burning through challenges and rising up in support.
