Today’s interview is with rising star Osteopath Matthew Irving. I first knew Matthew when he contacted me to learn more about IDD Therapy spinal decompression. From there he went to work with leading IDD Therapy provider Spine Plus, an Essex based group of multi-disciplinary clinics. During the first lockdown, Matthew wrote his own book and here he shares with us why he wrote a book and how to go about it using Amazon publishing.
