In Episode 3 we sit down with Michael Mintz, Founder and CEO of MD Squared Property Group. 

Michael graduated from the University of Maryland during the great recession and volunteered with Habit for Humanity for 8 months before starting to work for a developer in Washington D.C. Through a connection, he was able to get a job at a property management firm in NYC. Leveraging his experience and connections he ultimately started his own firm. We'll hear all about this process and how Michael leverages his philanthropic giving and involvement in his business. Welcome, Michael!
