Yzabelle Tevao secured a lead scholarship - N.Z. to U.S. earlier this year, to study and play basketball at Lake Region State College and the LRSC Athletics Royals Women's Basketball Team in North Dakota.

44 colleges in the U.S. were very interested in the proud Tuvalu basketball star, with 13 scholarship offers to choose from before she chose Lake Region State College (LRSC).
