In this episode we will look at some of the risk factors that can cause high blood pressure.  I share with you some studies that were done. I believe that being informed on the causes of high blood pressure will help people to be aware of what causes it and they can start to do things to reduce their high blood pressure and then work their way to having a happy and stress free life.
