Bolognese Recipe

If you're looking for oats or oatmeal protein powder recipes, then you must try my protein filled oatcakes which can also be made into bars if you like. This makes 6 oatcakes, each containing 11g of protein. Here, I use Protein Dynamix unflavoured whey protein concentrate. You'll also get a nice sweet flavour thanks to the blueberries in this recipe.
