After Rita heard a TED talk speaker tout the mental and motivational benefits of a particular daily habit, on a whim she gave it a shot.  Little did she know that it would change every aspect of her life for the better, from her health to her relationships to her confidence!    Rita has now taken used this habit every day for over a year and a half, almost 1,000 times in a row, and she wants to introduce everyone to this unconventional strategy that she swears will change their life in massive ways.
