My name is Rita. I currently live in New York City in the USA. Thank you Rachna Nath for your generous nomination for #PersonBehindThePassion! To me, you are uplifting and empowering and I appreciate this great honor.
The passion I am currently pursuing in my life is building confidence, inspiring success, and building leadership in women and minorities in the workplace because I truly believe the world would be a better place. The impact I intend to make in the world is to shape the next generation because they are the future. I consider myself to be the kind of person who is ambitious, patient, and kind. The people that have inspired me to pursue this passion are my family, especially my children because they are the leaders of tomorrow.
