Six years ago residents of Ann Arbor voted to turn a plot of land in downtown Ann Arbor into a Central Park. That has not happened. Now the city appears to be moving forward with allowing the Ann Arbor District Library to use the site as part of a redevelopment of the library, contrary to what voters had wanted.
