Good morning fam! I listened to a podcast with Tony Robbins the other day and he was interviewing Evander Holyfield. He speaks why morning rituals are so important. I believe this is so true.

You know the way you start your morning will set your intention for the day. Every morning I wake up. I make my bed. I read a book. I say my affirmations and the key is psychologically it sets a task that is completed upon waking up. I tell myself I am great; I am loved, and I am powerful. I take my morning progress pictures and bring on the day.

Have a morning ritual and follow it every single day. There’s a reason successful people do the same. Remember, success leaves clues and you need to follow those clues.
