Today we chat with Scott Kelly.    Scott is a true Guru in the world of State of Mind coaching and has worked with a number of professional athletes, olympians, couples and large organizations. Throughout his 22 years of practice he has taken pieces from different programs to create a platform so people can work from their "Zone of Genius".    Scott incorporates functional nutrition and kinesiology into his programs as well so he understands athletes needs and the pressure we are under as partners, business leaders, moms, dads, etc.  Scott’s integrative approach to health and wellbeing involves evaluating the metabolic, nutritional, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of one's health. It's all linked together.
