Y’all, has it EVER been clear that Riverdale is depicting an indictment of the super-wealthy than in this football championship episode that gives us the owning-class Stonewall assholes playing against the ragtag Riverdale working class team? (Cough, cough, billionaires shouldn’t exist.) Maria and Hailey have so much fun with this last hurrah for the River Vixens and Bulldogs, from a wild final cheerleader musical number to Cheryl and Veronica’s new joint business idea to Betty’s ongoing investigation with the help of Monica Posh and a Chilling Adventures of Sabrina cameo.
