Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit that comes as our attention is on Jesus.

Jesus already placed everything that we'll ever need inside of us and joy is one of those things.

The Joy of the Lord is our strength and Jesus wants us to have joy every second of every day.

We experience more joy as we meditate on who Jesus is and what He has done for us.
