* The flow of passengers from ships on the federal maritime route between Cozumel and Playa del Carmen has been reduced this year to only 35% of the number of people who moved in 2019.
* CANCÚN.- A pipe and two compact vehicles staged a strong accident on Boulevard Kukulcán in the Hotel Zone, near the Party Center.
This incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. when the emergency number 911 received a call for help reporting an accident at Kilometer 9.5, in the uphill lane, for which they requested the presence of the authorities in the place.
* CHETUMAL.- The Human Rights Commission of the State of Quintana Roo, received a complaint, whose affected is a Cuban man who had been deprived of liberty, for a possible improper exercise of public function, by staff of the Secretariat of Public Security.

Hotel entrepreneurs have already requested support from the city council to speed up procedures for Semarnat.
* (CNN Business) - Apple is finally ready to announce new iPhones, after weeks of pandemic-related delays and outages. Invitations to the Oct. 13 event featured the phrase "Hi, Speed," hinting at a long-rumored update.
This possible update would allow the iPhone to connect to the new 5G wireless network, which is currently being implemented by operators in the WORLD.
