Rizzo and Jeff decide to sit down for a long discussion about the violence in our city. While we all have different opinions but the ONE THING that seemed to be agreed on is it starts at home. Rizzo was raised by a single mother, Jeff not. Bob thinks the violence is learned behavior while Rizzo and Jeff see it more a matter of circumstance and trying to survive.
