They got to the Lloyd Pierce Press Conference and he talks about how excited he is to be in Atlanta. They go over his resume and relationships made over his coaching career. He stresses growth and development from everyone involved with the Hawks. 

Post PC, John breaks down exactly who Lloyd Pierce is and what we, as Hawks fan can/should expect. John says he brings a little from each teams he has coached for. He doesnt think its fair to compare it to Coach Bud. This is a new Hawks team and Pierce will John reminds the fans to trust the process. Rick returns and is very impressed with what he saw.
