Before becoming location independent RJ tried the usual way of working 80 hours a week, just like the majority of us. Now thanks to his current lifestyle he is able to travel the world, be with people that are important to him and experience new adventures. He remarks that the reason why you start something can be a great source of motivation and drive. Lucky for him, having found his north star in the Japanese principle called ikigai, he is able to make better business decisions and life choices.
