This morning the Baltimore Sun urges the Senate to reject one of Governor Larry Hogan's appointees to the Handgun Permit Review Board. This call for rejection says more about the Baltimore Sun's position that private citizens should not own guns and that guns should only be possessed by the military, law enforcement, and criminals than it does about the nominee.
