for the first time since the launch of this podcast, there is no guest. it's just me, joi, on the 3 year anniversary of the grand opening of EAT.SLEEP.SWEAT., my fitness studio. on this episode, i share the testimony of my entrepreneurial journey; lessons learned, truths revealed, lives changed. i talk about how personal experiences impacted professional decisions and the not-so-glamourous side of being self-employed that we don't always see on social media. my hope is that, in sharing my story, i can encourage + inspire people on their own journey to following their dreams and ultimately, taking the leap of faith that's going to give them permission to LEVEL UP!
