Road Rage and Guns. 

 

If you come across an aggressive driver just remember it’s not worth it.  Ask yourself a few questions:

Is your life in immediate danger of serious bodily injury or death? 

Is it worth your life or someone else? 

Is it worth your freedom?

Could it have been an honest accident?

 

LET IT GO! It is not worth  anyone’s life or freedom.

 

Florida State Stature 316.1923 Aggressive careless driving.—“Aggressive careless driving” means committing two or more of the following acts simultaneously or in succession:

 

1. Exceeding the posted speed limit;

2. Improperly or unsafely changing lanes;

3. Tailgating;

4. Failure to yield the right of way;

5. Improper or dangerous passing; or

6. Failure to obey traffic control devices.

 

LET IT GO! It is not worth anyone’s lives or freedom. 

 

1. Get out of their way

2. Do not remain in the left lane when other drivers are attempting to pass;

3. Do not challenge them

5. Give the aggressive driver the benefit of the doubt

6. LET IT GO!
