On our way back from visiting family in Houston, Jarrod and I decided to hit the record button and share do's and don'ts in marriage. In this episode, we highlight the importance of: 

1. DON'T knit pick (pick and choose your battles).
2. DO protect your spouse (avoid speaking negatively about your spouse in public; avoid using public settings to poke fun at your spouse about sensitive issues; avoid opening doors where temptation can creep in, etc.).
3. DO little things (write notes, buy flowers, go on walks, etc. There are plenty of inexpensive ways to show love to your spouse).
