Paul concludes the book of Romans with a doxology, praising the Heavenly Father for who He is. It's acknowledged that this may not have been the original place where Paul broke out in this word of priase to God; nevertheless, we are confident it was inspired by God to be included in Paul's epistle so the hope is that you may gain some deeper understanding of who God is through this small passage of Scripture.
