On this edition of Chasing Rings: Road to the Draft, we turn our attention to the NFC West, a division that quietly became one of the NFL’s most successful last season. Three teams — the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams, and Seattle Seahawks — all punched their tickets to the postseason, with Seattle ultimately finishing the job as Super Bowl champions.

That leaves the Arizona Cardinals as the lone team on the outside looking in — and clearly the one with the most ground to make up. While Arizona faces a longer rebuild, the rest of the division is dealing with a different challenge: sustaining success, managing loaded (and expensive) rosters, and finding just enough in the draft to stay on top.
