On this episode of the Empowered Parent Podcast we  talk about A Roadmap To Results. This isn't about setting big, audacious goals, but rather achieving micro successes.  This 3-tiered approach will give you (and / or your teen) on a roadmap to achieving micro successes.  The idea being when we start coupling micro successes on top of one another our confidence grows.
 
All three tiers are important, but tier 2 is extremely powerful on starting the journey towards a powerful, energetic and mindset shift.
