On last week's episode Matt talked about how special interests are perpetuating the war between Ukraine and Russia. He discussed his interactions with Ukraine DAO, a blockchain project raising funds for arms, which puts them squarely on the side of big banks and weapons manufacturers. All this got him thinking about how organizations and governments get captured by special interests. And how America was doomed to capture as soon as the Interstate Commerce Clause was written into The Constitution.
