After a long day at work, you don't want to slave over the stove all night. This recipe is quick, I promise. You won't dirty a ton of dishes either. The Salmon will roast in a Sheet Pan.
Most of the ingredients you already have in your cabinet. Serve with Rice and a Vegetable of your choice.
This recipe serves 4 to 6 people and cooks up in 20 minutes.
You will need:
1 ½ pounds skin-on, center-cut salmon fillet
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Juice of fresh lime, plus additional wedges, for serving
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 large garlic clove, crushed
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground saffron (optional, but try it!)
