Rob Biernacki, founder of Island Top Team and BJJconcepts.net was an amazing guest!  We spent the entire time talking a variety of jiu jitsu concepts that I think anyone could apply.  I have been a BJJ Concepts member for a while and love the way Rob views and systematizes grappling.
