Rob has led in recent years the growth of Hostel One, voted the 2nd best hostel chain in the world in 2016. His hands on approach quickly resulted in his promotion from Manager to Managing Director & Head of Expansion for the chain.

Rob has been responsible for the guest experience strategies of the chain, the setup & operations of new locations and the continued management of the operations & service design of their 16 properties. His contribution was crucial for the improvements in their brand, philosophy and marketing over recent years.
