This week our guest is actor, chef and presenter Rob Eades, also known online as the Lean Student Chef. Rob started his food journey when an opportunity came up whilst on a ski season, the chalet were looking for a new chef and Rob stepped up, without much previous experience, but he picked up the basic skills and the joys of cooking comfort food.

He then went on to study at Nottingham University and with his new found skill-set, began blogging about food, creating recipes that were budget friendly, easily slotting into a typical student lifestyle. The blog then crossed over into Instagram content on his now known channel, The Lean Student Chef.

In this episode we spoke to Rob about his love for food but also his passion for acting and how he balances the two. We also spoke about Rob’s recent E book publication and how he has woven in a brilliant initiative to raise money for his chosen charity, Football Beyond Borders.
