Transitioning to a successful 23-year career in the automotive industry, Rob eventually moved to Arizona, bringing his commitment to service into the residential mortgage lending field. Beyond his professional achievements, Rob's life revolves around his family, community involvement, and a passion for sports and travel. In this candid conversation, Rob shares his journey, the challenges he faced, and his philosophy on life's opportunities and responsibilities
