This is part 2 of my coffee chat with Rob Forsyth from Forsyth coffee in Naremburn in Sydney...

This gentleman has so much knowledge and stories about coffee, that I had to break this up into 2 parts and we had so much more to chat about... so hopefully I will sit down again soon and we shall continue the caffeine interrogation.

Here we chat more about the history of the barista competition and unions that were put in place to govern over all the judging and competing. 

It gets a little technical and historical but I love the fact that I can share this, it is so full of coffee gold.
