Rob left his job as an architect in New York where he had worked on the original WeWork spaces to come to Wilmington to start up a new space called The Mill, which has rapidly become the hub for the tech community in the state.

We talk with Rob and Rebecca about how the community has changed, what Delaware is doing to attract young businesses and what advice companies should take on board when looking to set up in the state.
