The Royal Family have marked a very different Easter as they face shock health battles. A scaled-down service at Windsor Castle took place with King Charles making his first major public appearance since his cancer diagnosis. It was a bittersweet event for the royals with the Prince and Princess of Wales and their 3 children not in attendance as Kate has treatment for her cancer diagnosis.
