Robben Island is, perhaps, one of my favorites places I’ve gotten to briefly live at throughout my adventures. This unique island has seen an unbelievable amount of history, from an Irish colony to a leper colony to a World War II base to a political prison to a museum. And today, it’s more or less abandoned with roughly only 30 people living on the island. Hear all about my adventures on Robben Island where I lived for a couple of weeks while working with scientists to help preserve the South African Penguins on this strange African Island.
