Tonight, we gather to honor Scotland’s greatest poet, Robert Burns — the man who gave us verses so stirring they require a dram (or three) to fully appreciate. In true Scottish fashion, we’ll feast on haggis (which sounds suspiciously like a dare to outsiders), toast to the lassies and lads, and pretend we know all the words to Auld Lang Syne.
