James Cousins is a 72-year-old man who was arrested after being accused of fondling himself in a truck on LSU's campus.  

According to Cousins, he wasn't actually masturbating while watching a female student from his truck, he was playing air drums!   

Problem is, Cousins had been charged with multiple counts of obscenity in the same parking lot since 1981.
