Episode 18

In this week's episode of Atypical Daydream, host Josh Caldwell and his longtime writing partner Robert Bell recount a road trip across the American West that was supposed to produce a screenplay and produced almost nothing of the sort.

Armed with a laptop, a Ford Mustang, and a plan to write a Mormon Western while driving through Utah and Idaho, the two set off on a week-long loop through some of the most beautiful and strange corners of the country. What they actually encountered along the way was something else entirely, and the story has never left them.
