Robert Heman, was the engineers best friend. Known as the engineer that other studios in three states would call him with various issues. Robert Heman passed away from a heart attack at very young age, four days ago leaving all of us in disbelief. From a long family history of sound inventors at 20th Century-Fox, his grandfather Roger Heman was the sound department. Young Robert followed in the footsteps of his deep family roots of sound and effects, mastering and reinventing the hold concept of putting sound to early films.
