Today we're interviewing Robert Mackenzie from Macka's Beef. Macka’s is a fifth generation family run cattle business. Operating from five properties around Gloucester and Port Stephens in NSW they breed Angus Cattle for both export and domestic consumption. We talk to Robert about how he makes sure he’s producing a top quality product and how he manages to delivery a consistent high quality product for export.
