Actor Robert Stack appeared in more than 40 feature films. He was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in the movie “Written on the Wind.” Stack also appeared in the classic comedy hits “Airplane,” and “Caddyshack” among others. He was probably best known for his role as Elliot Ness in the popular TV series “The Untouchables.” For that, Robert won the primetime Emmy award for outstanding lead actor in a drama series.
