Between 1975 and 1998, Spokane serial killer Robert Lee Yates killed at least sixteen people. Fifteen women and one man. Outside of his initial two victims, the rest were female sex workers. And the overwhelming majority of his victims died in 1997 and 1998. What possessed this married father of five to lead such a dark secret life? We try and find out this week.
