Roberto grew up in Puerto Rico during a time where basically everyone was struggling. He was a nobleman, but that didn't mean that he was seating on piles of cash. In fact, there was one point in his life where he was probably homeless. Roberto eventually became a pirate and helped out fellow struggling Puerto Ricans. This has earned him to be seen as a Robin Hood figure by many.
