Mel Brooks, the king of film parody, writes and directs this 1993 movie taking on Prince Of Thieves and just generally lampooning the Robin Hood mythology. 

Cary Elwes (with an English accent!), Richard Lewis, Dave Chappelle (in his first ever movie), Tracy Ullman, and more round out the cast. Highly quotable but strangely slow, and Jeff and JT break it all down for you.
