The Port of London Authority are the custodians of the tidal Thames. Their operations cover 95 miles of the River Thames, from Teddington to the North Sea. They work to keep commercial and leisure users safe, protect and enhance the environment, and promote the use of the river for trade and travel. As a trust port, they have no shareholders and operate for the benefit of customers and stakeholders now and in the future.
In this episode, Robin will share with us thoughts about refreshing their enduring organisational purpose to address emerging issues, the impact on CEO time of taking purpose seriously, and the implications of zero carbon on the largest port in the UK.
