A  gunned down narcotics agent gets brought back from the dead as a near-indestructible Robot. He's supposed to rescue an undercover agent who’s been captured, but because the movie is a spliced together mess, he ends up fighting some drug lords, a ghost, and a vampire wearing a guerilla mask instead.
