When the time comes for Robocentric to start hiring its human workers or employees, I'll use a number of strategies and tactics for getting the right people for Robocentric, and screening out all the wrong people for Robocentric.Robocentric will hire social media video production human workers (a few at the most, initially).Eventually, Robocentric will hire first-party AI and robot work paradigm and process development and testing human workers (starting with a few, then expanding as affordable and justified).(Early-plugs insertion point. This will be mentioned in the Robocentric job ads and Robocentric job application webpage audiovisuals; for example, as in Robocentric CEO saying, "I'm looking for core AI and robot software and hardware engineers who will click with me, be aligned with my vision and mission in AI and robotics, see things eye to eye with me, produce great engineering and financial results with me, and transform the human world with me. I'll screen the job applications myself personally." Initially up to a few dozens hired, more later if it turns out well.Robocentric will also hire core AI and robot software and hardware testers who will be hired and managed by someone other than Robocentric CEO, another Robocentric manager hired by Robocentric CEO.For the job positions that require directly working with Robocentric CEO, Allen Young, Allen Young will reject everyone who can't get along and work with Allen Young. If and when hiring too many engineers eventually, Robocentric CEO will hire only senior and lead engineers personally. Robocentric CEO will do this personal screening and interview in core and applied biotech and nuclear-fusion outer space tech job positions also, in top corporate legal counseling job positions, and in all senior executive job positions. Applicable Robocentric job ads will mention, "Robocentric CEO, Allen Young, an Asian-American researcher, inventor, engineer, and entrepreneur (Robocentric.com/Executives) is seeking (job title or job function name) who will click with Allen Young, be aligned with Allen Young’s vision and mission in AI and robotics, see things eye to eye with Allen Young, and produce great engineering and financial results with Allen Young. Allen Young will screen and interview the job applications himself personally."Allen Young will build a lot of interpersonal business relationships for building Robocentric, for advancing the science, technology, and capitalism of AI, robotics, human longevity biotech, and nuclear-fusion reactors powered outer space tech.Allen Young will spend about one to two hours on hiring everyday, including weekends. Performing interviews on weekends will tell how serious and committed the job applicants are!Allen Young will use about 20 multiple choice questions and 10 open-ended questions at Robocentric job application website along with job-candidate CV or resume, website URL, and demo URL submissions, for screening Robocentric job applicants and hiring the right Robocentric job applicants.Allen Young will hire only the people who will click with Allen Young, or will not hire at all!
