“In this episode, we will analyze how these pathologies, such as schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, paranoia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), existential depression, generalized anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), manifest in the different inhabitants of the Robōtariis universe. We will explore:
•The hybrids, these complex beings combining human and robotic aspects, who are particularly vulnerable to these pathologies due to their ambiguous condition.
•The citizens of the Rectitude, subjected to constant surveillance and strict social norms, often leading to anxiety, stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
•The Renegades, former agents of the Rectitude or victims of Nullification, marked by past traumas and often suffering from PTSD.
We will see how these disorders are closely linked to the societal and political tensions at the heart of this universe. The Rectitude, as an oppressive system, imposes an identity and behaviors that can lead to the repression of emotions and personal identity. We will also explore specific pathologies such as:
•Imposter syndrome in Renegades who doubt their legitimacy in the rebellion.
•Solastalgia felt in the face of the degradation of the natural world.
•Alexithymia suffered by the Robōtariis.
•Psychological dissociation in hybrids.
•Occupational burnout of citizens subjected to the Rectitude.
•Synthetic gender identity disorders in conscious Robōtariis.
•Hypervigilance in Renegades and citizens.
•Attachment disorders in hybrids and certain Robōtariis.
•Institutional narcissism of the Rectitude.
