In a dark robot world full of turmoil, the lower class is forced to pay for upgrades or fall apart and be picked apart by other poor robots or swept away to the chop shop where they will be melted down under the watchful hideous eye of Madam Gasket. Rodney, an aspiring inventor, must rise to the challenge of finding Mr. Bigweld, the only robot that can put a stop to this, and save the lower class robots from becoming scrap metal.
